Shandong has launched a set of high "gold content" fiscal policy "combined punches" to support eight major development strategies such as the transformation of new and old kinetic energy projects and a strong marine province .

Policy strategy

The Shandong Provincial Government recently issued the "Financial Policy on Supporting the Eight Major Development Strategies", which put forward 26 policy measures in eight areas, covering various aspects such as tax and fee adjustment, fiscal system, capital investment, fund guarantee, and fiscal and financial coordination.

In order to support the promotion of major projects for the conversion of new and old kinetic energy, the "Financial Policy" has increased support for scientific and technological innovation to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.

The "Fiscal Policy" strengthens system incentives and deepens the reform of the fiscal transfer payment system.

It is reported that the eight major development strategies proposed by Shandong are the conversion of new and old kinetic energy, rural revitalization, maritime power province, three tough battles, military-civilian integration, building a new highland for opening up, coordinated regional development, and major infrastructure construction.
