On January 25, China Power New Energy Development Co.
, Ltd.
signed a contract with the Dongguan Municipal Government that during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, CLP New Energy will invest 8 billion yuan to build Dongguan natural gas cogeneration and distributed solar photovoltaic power generation projects
.

The signed projects include Lisha Island natural gas cogeneration project, Wangniudun natural gas cogeneration project, and Songshan Lake (ecological park) natural gas distributed energy project, among which the new installed power generation capacity will reach 2 million kilowatts
.
At the same time, "CLP New Energy" will also explore the pilot of integrated energy services, carry out research on integrated energy and intelligent microgrid construction solutions, and build distributed solar photovoltaic power generation projects

The two sides will cooperate to provide clean, reliable and cheap energy guarantee
for the transformation and upgrading of Dongguan's industrial structure.
