Sinopec News Network reported recently that the liquid ethylene transfer pump import and export connection hidden danger management project of the Chuanwei Chemical Emulsion Operation Department was successfully completed, completely solving the hidden dangers in the production and transportation of VAE emulsion, and the safety production capacity of VAE emulsion has reached a new level.

The Dairy Operations Department involves the transfer of ethylene materials during the production process.

In order to ensure that the project can meet the economic efficiency of production after the rectification of the project, the operation department has repeatedly discussed the feasibility of various schemes with relevant technical personnel outside the company, and finally decided to change the vacuum jacketed metal hose to Vacuum jacketed metal hard pipe, and at the same time add a soft connection at the inlet and outlet of the pump to eliminate the impact of vibration and thermal expansion and contraction on equipment and facilities.

After the project plan is determined, the emulsion operation department also starts the device process change approval process, prepares the project change application in advance, the equipment engineering department organizes the change approval, improves the change procedures in advance, and the relevant functional departments carry out plane exercises to determine a special isolation blind plan.

In order to ensure safety and order during the rectification period, the operation department also does a solid job of pre-construction safety confirmation, supervision during construction, and post-construction inspection and acceptance, etc.

The finished metal hose meets the technological production requirements, and the production safety of the device is greatly improved.
