    According to the "China "Internet +" Index (2016) report, under the strong pull of second- and third-tier cities, "Internet +" has achieved growth in 351 cities across the country, and Guangdong, Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu ranked in the top five in the provincial ranking of China's "Internet +" total index in 2016
