In order to ensure a safe and stable gas supply this winter and next spring, the oilfield made relevant preparations in advance for the transition from the gas injection period to the gas production period, dynamically adjusted the gas injection and production operation plan, and finely formulated the gas production operation arrangement

Comprehensively carry out risk investigation for the gas production process system; Implement the winter prevention and insulation work in advance, do a good job in the commissioning of production support equipment such as heating furnaces and electric heaters, and strive to ensure the safe and stable operation of the gas production process in the peak shaving stage

In order to actively implement the ground construction safeguard measures, Jidong Oilfield accelerated the implementation of surface process heat preservation work, and completed the injection and production valve group, metering skid, and 8 gas production wellheads surface process heat tracing and insulation

Implement the protection measures for the antifreeze and heating process of gas production wellhead, improve the process of methanol injection at the wellhead, organize two new electric heaters to go to the island, and provide heat load in combination with the existing electric heater to meet the production capacity

Implement the guarantee measures for the process and process transformation of the injection and production valve group, and close the valve of the gas injection process, fix the lead seal, lock and tagout to ensure the isolation from the gas production process
