On July 13, the National Energy Solar Power R&D (Experimental) Center successfully completed the full performance test
of China's first 1500V voltage level DC input grid-connected photovoltaic inverter.
This test is based on the national standard GB/T 19964-2012 "Technical Regulations for Photovoltaic Power Station Access to Power System", and the test items include zero voltage ride-through, active and reactive power control, voltage adaptability, frequency adaptability and power quality
.
The test product is a centralized photovoltaic inverter with a capacity of 1MW and a DC link voltage level of up to 1500V, which is currently the highest DC link voltage level photovoltaic inverter product
in China.
With the improvement of the withstand voltage level of photovoltaic modules, the photovoltaic system composed of higher DC bus voltage can greatly reduce line loss, save cable equipment and installation costs, and increase power generation, representing the future development direction
of photovoltaic systems.
The National Energy Solar Power R&D (Experimental) Center closely follows the development trend of international photovoltaic technology, and through the upgrading of the original test system, it has become the first laboratory
in the world that can carry out large-capacity 1500V voltage level photovoltaic inverter testing.
The development of this test will effectively promote the improvement of the R & D and manufacturing level of China's photovoltaic inverters and strengthen the international competitiveness
of domestic photovoltaic inverter equipment.
