As of June 23, the average daily loading of national railway coal in June was 81,859 cars, a year-on-year increase of 11.
1%, of which the average daily loading of thermal coal was 53,036 cars, an increase of 6,126 cars
year-on-year.
In accordance with the basic idea of "increasing the total amount and adjusting the structure", the China Railway Group has made overall plans to improve the coal transportation capacity, increase the export of coal from the main coal-producing areas of Jin, Shaanxi and Mongolia, and on the basis of achieving the growth of the total amount of coal, implement "fully meet and should be fully loaded" for the demand for thermal coal transportation, and further increase the proportion of
electric coal loading.

The China Railway Group requires that key coal transportation channels and regional organizations be strengthened, and the capacity of the Daqin, Tangbao, Wari and Haoji lines be well utilized, and the capacity of Xinjiang coal export transportation to reach Lanxin, Geku, Linha Line and other exit channels in Xinjiang is well organized, and the roundabout transportation of the Dunhuang Line is improved, so as to improve the export transportation capacity of Anbeikou and make every effort to meet the demand
for coal transportation in Xinjiang.

According to the unified deployment, all railway bureau group companies further increase the priority of thermal coal transportation, and implement priority recognition, priority allocation, priority loading, priority release, and priority unloading of thermal coal; For the emergency transportation needs of cross-bureau group companies proposed by local governments and power enterprises, we will concentrate transportation capacity to carry out "point-to-point" accurate supply
.

In the near future, China Railway Group will organize the whole road to re-sign the medium-
and long-term contracts of the three parties for the production and transportation of thermal coal.
According to the source of goods and transportation capacity, each railway bureau group company actively connects the railway transportation volume, so as to ensure that all signatures should be signed; In the daily transportation organization, strengthen the fulfillment
of the signed medium- and long-term contracts for thermal coal.

While increasing the proportion of electric coal loading, China Railway Group deployed to strengthen the organization and coordination of unloading to further improve the efficiency and total amount
of unloading.
All railway bureau group companies do a good job of unloading equipment and labor deployment in advance, strive for the support of local governments and enterprises, and jointly do a good job in unloading vehicles; Strengthen the monitoring and control of unloading in power plants, eliminate the retention and backlog as soon as possible, and timely adjust the loading plan for power plants with backlogs of unloading and serious reserved vehicles, accelerate vehicle turnover, and create conditions
for the continuous volume of freight.
