    , a subsidiary of China General Nuclear Power Group, and Belgium's Windvision signed an equity transfer agreement for the Esperance project in Paris on the 29th to acquire 100% of the equity of
    the project.
    According to media reports, the Esperance project has an installed capacity of 81 MW, which is the largest installed capacity in Belgium, using German Enercon fans, with a single unit rated power of 7.
