According to the agreement, China Energy Construction Group will build two wind farm projects in Xinfeng County, with a total planned capacity of 100MW and a total investment of about 900 million yuan
.
Among them, Project 1 is temporarily named Qixingding Wind Farm, near Shatin Town and Meikeng Town in the county, with a planned installed capacity of 50MW; Project 2 is temporarily named Yandun Wind Farm, near Huangbang Town and Meikeng Town in the county
.
At present, the two wind farm projects have been included in the 13th Five-Year Plan for onshore wind power development in Guangdong Province by the energy department of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission

Pei Hua said that the wind measuring tower and other preliminary work of the project construction will be started in September, and strive to obtain approval from the provincial development and reform commission in November, start construction at the end of the year, and achieve the power generation target
by the end of 2018.
