At the ceremony, China Chemical signed a cooperation agreement with Shanghai Fengxian District Government and signed a letter of
intent for investment cooperation with Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company.

between the central government and the local government in high-end equipment scientific and technological innovation, R&D layout of new chemical materials, professional integrated services, comprehensive development and construction of industrial clusters and other related fields.
