On the evening of August 10, Chengfei Integration issued an announcement that AVIC Lithium Battery Co.
, Ltd.
, a holding subsidiary of the company, signed the "Cooperation Intention Agreement for Joint Investment in the "AVIC Lithium-ion Power Battery Project" with the People's Government of Jintan District of Changzhou City, with a total investment of 12.
5 billion yuan, and will form an annual production capacity
of 12 billion watt-hours of lithium-ion power batteries after completion.

In the announcement, Chengfei Integration said that the rapid development of the domestic new energy vehicle market and the rise of the energy storage industry have formed a huge market demand for the power battery industry, and under this good development opportunity, the subsidiary AVIC Lithium Battery and the Jintan government jointly promote the cooperation of lithium-ion power battery projects, laying the foundation
for its dominant position in a new round of market competition.
