On October 29, Changhong Hi-Tech announced that the company signed the "Full Biodegradable New Material Industrial Park Project Investment Agreement" with the People's Government of Shengzhou City, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, and the company's annual output of 600,000 tons of full biodegradable thermoplastics Industrial Park PBAT/PBS /PBT flexible and flexible production project (hereinafter referred to as "full biodegradable new material industrial park project") is located in Shengzhou, with a total investment of about 5 billion yuan

According to the announcement, the total biodegradable new material industrial park project plans to use 213 acres of land.
It is planned once and implemented in two phases.
Each phase will build a flexible production line for PBAT, PBS, PBT and other degradable materials with an annual output of 300,000 tons.
The total construction period is 5 years.

Changhong Hi-Tech said that the project complies with the industrial policy requirements of the national plan to reduce environmental pollution.
The product has a strong ability to replace other plastic products, a broad market, strong competitiveness and significant economic benefits
