    Wei Ying, director of the Nutrition Evaluation and Support Center of the China Academy of Food and Fermentation Industry, introduced the advantages of soybean peptides from four aspects: First, the amino acid balance, soybean peptides contain all the essential amino acids for the human body, and the essential amino acid pattern is close to that of the human body.
