A wide and efficient hydraulic model of the circulating liquid pump, a solid composite rotor, a sliding bearing suitable for BDO media and with a tolerance function, a monitoring device for the axial displacement of the rotor and the radial wear of the bearing in the harsh environment of high pressure corrosion, after 14 months A prototype circulating liquid pump of the BDO device was developed, and it was successfully put into operation on the BDO production line of Xinjiang Lanshan Tunhe Energy Co.

Since it was put into operation, the unit has been running stably and reliably, and all technical indicators are better than those of similar products with technical agreements and parallel operation, especially the energy consumption is more than 10% lower than that of similar products, and one production line can save about 300,000 kWh in one year of operation.
Electricity, equivalent to reducing coal consumption by 120,000 tons, has significant energy saving and emission reduction effects.
So far, the prototype has been running continuously and stably for more than 7,000 hours
