According to news from "Lubricant Americas Weekly" on November 3, Brazil's base oil production in September was 22% higher than the same month last year, which was higher than the level before the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia

Brazil’s September base oil imports increased 33% from the same period last year to 93,000 tons, an increase of 45% from the 64,000 tons in September 2019
