On January 18, BJEV announced the "13th Five-Year Strategy" for the first time in the "Blue Night", putting forward the "5615" development target, of which "5" refers to annual production and sales of 500,000 vehicles (including 300,000 units on the new platform); "6" refers to an annual operating income of 60 billion yuan; "1" refers to the listing of the enterprise with a market value of 100 billion yuan; "5" refers to the implementation of five major strategies, including quality growth, innovation and development, service transformation, Internet +, and open cooperation

At the technical strategy level, during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, BJEV will adhere to one pure electric drive (including extended range) technology route, master three core technologies (battery, motor, electronic control), create three emerging advantages (intelligent, lightweight, networked), reach the world level, continue to promote the "234" technology strategy, have a range of 400 kilometers, and the average energy consumption of enterprise products is less than 12 kWh per 100 kilometers

In terms of R&D strategy, build 1 world-class science and technology innovation center, with positive development capabilities, build a 4-level R&D system, build 9 R&D centers in R&D headquarters, integrate global resources, and set up 5 overseas R&D centers, in addition to the three overseas R&D centers in Silicon Valley, Detroit and Aachen, Turin and Japan R&D centers will be built
successively during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.

In terms of production capacity layout, BJEV will build a production capacity of more than 800,000 units by the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan period based on "1 (Beijing Caiyu base) + 2 (Changzhou base and Qingdao base) + I (BAIC Group's internal traditional passenger car production base, which is expected to provide 500,000 production capacity) + P (social partner production
