    The project construction includes 20,000 tons/year of ethylene carbonate, 80,000 tons/year of dimethyl carbonate, 101,800 tons/year of ethyl methyl carbonate, 13,900 tons/year of diethyl carbonate production units and supporting public works and auxiliary facilities.


    The announcement stated that this investment can efficiently utilize the hydrogen chloride by-product from the chloroacetic acid unit of Beiyuan Group’s 120,000-ton/year glycine project to improve resource utilization
