It involves four major aspects: general requirements, reduction requirements, recycling requirements, and recycling requirements

It is mentioned in the general requirements that shipping companies can give priority to green-certified express packaging, and prefer reusable, easily recyclable, and degradable packaging.
The reduction requirements require that the delivery company’s non-secondary packaging ratio for e-commerce express parcels reaches 90%, uses tape with a width of no more than 45mm, and controls the amount of tape through scientific packaging
Recycling requirements mentioned that delivery companies should promote the use of recyclable packaging such as recyclable boxes and fresh incubators in intra-city express delivery.
