BEWG announced that it has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with BEWG Clean Energy, and the two parties have agreed to conduct strategic cooperation
in the development, construction, operation and maintenance of distributed photovoltaic power plants.
According to the terms of the framework agreement, BEWG will provide suitable plant pools, rooftops, green belts and other vacant land for the investment, construction and operation
of BEWG's clean energy distributed photovoltaic power plant.
BEWG has more than 340 water plants, covering 19 provinces, 2 autonomous regions, 4 municipalities directly under the central government and overseas regions
in China.
In addition, the two parties have agreed to carry out comprehensive cooperation in the fields of microgrid energy storage and contract energy management, and BEWG will assist BEWG to handle the compliance procedures required in the early stage of the project, and after the completion of the power station construction and the relevant conditions are met, BEWG will sell electricity
to BEWG.
