The 20,000-ton/year one-step solid resin plant uses bisphenol A, epichlorohydrin, 50% NaOH solution, etc.
as the main raw materials, and uses a solvent process.
Through the technical transformation of the existing plant, the solid resin production capacity is increased by 2 10,000 tons/year increased to 30,000 tons/year, the main content of the transformation is: adding a pre-reactor and supporting facilities, increasing the amount of feed and optimizing the feeding method, switching to 50% caustic soda, and increasing the speed of product packaging;
The epichlorohydrin plant uses propylene, chlorine, 3-chloropropene, lime milk, etc.
as the main raw materials, and adopts the cyclization process.
Through the technical transformation of the existing equipment, the production capacity of epichlorohydrin is increased from 27,000 tons per year.
