This product is an online analysis monitoring and automatic dosing system with fluorescence tracer as the core technology.
Through accurate analysis of fluorescence (indicating the concentration of scale inhibitor) and ORP (indicating the concentration of oxidizing biocide), the main circulating water is realized.
The precise dosing of the water treatment agent improves the fluorescence and the qualification rate of free chlorine, and reduces the consumption of the three agents while ensuring the water treatment effect

Before the “Shuiyunzong” dosing system was put into use, the free chlorine index control was a difficult problem in the coal chemical industry.

The latest data in July showed that the qualification rate of free chlorine and zinc ions for Baling Petrochemical's first cycle and power cycle increased by 30%, and the comprehensive qualification rate of water quality for 4 sets of circulating water plants including the first cycle of coal chemical industry increased by 3%.
