    On June 9th, Baku International Maritime Trade Port "CJSC (also known as "Baku Port") announced the start of construction of a fertilizer terminal at its new facility in Alte, Azerbaijan

    This investment decision is based on a feasibility study, which shows that there is great potential for the Central Asian landlocked countries to transfer fertilizers to Western markets through Azerbaijan
    .


    The three resource-rich countries in Central Asia-Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan-have a variety of fertilizer production capacity, including urea, sulfur fertilizer, and more than 6.
