June 1, 2022, Avante today announced the launch of a new line of VersaflexTM thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) materials specially developed to meet European and North American regulatory systems for migration testing of fatty food contact (FFC) produc.

The new material has been pre-tested to meet.

"Avante's product development efforts are dedicated to helping customers comply with food contact application regulations," said Xu Tao, general manager of Avante's Specialty Engineered Materials business unit in As.

Versaflex FFC can be overmolded directly with COPE, PC or PC/A.

Versaflex FFC materials are currently produced in Asia and available worldwi.
