The latest report released by GlobalData shows that from 2021 to 2026, Asia will rank first among all regions in the world in terms of new polyethylene production capacity from new polyethylene projects and existing polyethylene expansion projects

Sudarshini Ennelli, Oil and Gas Analyst at GlobalData, said: “A total of 67 planned and announced new and expanded polyethylene projects in Asia between 2021 and 2026 are expected to add 27 Mtpa of polyethylene capacity
