    As part of its commitment to support the UAE Clean Energy Strategy 2021 goals and a leading global provider of integrated logistics and transportation solutions, Aramex partnered with IMG Solar FZE, a subsidiary of the Izzat Marji Group in Jordan, and successfully inaugurated a 3.
    2 MW solar PV plant
    for its new logistics facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

    This is the largest single-roof solar PV plant project in the MENA region and one of
    the largest solar PV plants connected to the DEWA grid under its "Shams Dubai" program.

    Aramex's Chief Sustainability Officer said, "We are proud to be a leader in sustainability in the region and are pleased
    with our second partnership with IMG Solar FZE.
    This solar PV plant will provide 60% of the electricity
    needed to operate a logistics facility in Dubai Logistics City for a year.
    We are constantly looking for new ways to ensure we operate as efficiently and cleanly as possible, protecting our environment
    for future generations.
    We are committed to reducing electricity bills and increasing electricity consumption
    from renewable sources.
    We are currently planning the second phase of the project, which aims to increase the capacity to 7 MW
    upon completion.
