According to the latest monthly statistical report of the American Petroleum Institute (API), the daily demand for oil in the United States, led by motor gasoline, distillates and refinery feedstocks, increased to 20.

from July.
API said in the report that this was the strongest demand in any month since August 2007, reflecting strong economic growth, industrial activity and consumer confidence
