On January 19, SUPCON successfully won the bid for the 300,000-ton/year caustic soda and 400,000-ton/year polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plant-wide intelligent control system (DCS+VxBatch software) of the Chlor-Alkali Company in Huayi Qinzhou Chemical New Material Integration Base.
This project is the first application of the central control intelligent control system and batch control solution on a 400,000-ton/year PVC, 136m³ large-scale polymerization kettle

Huayi Qinzhou Chemical New Material Integration Base Project is located in Qinzhou Petrochemical Industrial Park, covering an area of about 8,000 mu, with a total investment of about 70 billion yuan, and will be implemented in three phases

The first phase of the industrial gas island project, with a total investment of 14.

The second-phase light hydrocarbon comprehensive utilization project , with a total investment of about 20.

The third phase of methanol to olefins and downstream deep processing projects, with a total investment of about 18.
3 billion yuan, produces polypropylene, polycarbonate, polymethyl methacrylate, caustic soda and polyvinyl chloride and other products
