According to the website of the Ministry of Public Security, with the approval of the State Council, methyl 3-oxo-2-phenylbutyrate, 3-oxo-2-phenylbutanamide, 2-methyl-3-[3,4-(methylene two Oxy) phenyl] glycidic acid, 2-methyl-3-[3,4-(methylenedioxy) phenyl] methyl glycidate, phenylacetonitrile and γ-butyrolactone 6 substances have been Included in the "Classification and Variety Catalogue of Precursor Chemicals" in the appendix of the "Regulations on the Administration of Precursor Chemicals" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations").

This announcement will come into effect on September 20, 2021
