In accordance with the requirements of the “Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening the Work Safety of Hazardous Chemicals” and the “Three-year Action Plan for the National Work Safety Special Improvement” , the Emergency Management Department organized and formulated the “Eliminate Outdated Hazardous Chemicals and Safe Production” as required by the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council.

As required, the Emergency Management Department organized and formulated the "Catalogue for the Elimination of Outdated Hazardous Chemicals Safe Production Process Technology Equipment (First Batch)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Catalogue"), which is now publicized and the publicity period is 10 working days.
