According to the requirements of the "Letter of the Department of Commerce of Shaanxi Province on the Cancellation and Decentralization of the Examination and Approval of Petroleum Refined Oil Business Qualifications" (Shaanxi Shanghan [2020] No.
74) and the "Notice of the Shaanxi Provincial Refined Oil Market Management Measures (Trial)" (Shaanxi Shangfa [2018] No.
53), our bureau reviewed the application materials for changing the project content of the "Refined Oil Retail Operation Approval Certificate" of the Shenmu City Yingchao Gas Station of Shaanxi Yulin Sales Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation, and the site change information was complete.
In line with the relevant requirements, it is hereby announced,

The publicity period is from April 7, 2022 to April 13, 2022, and if there is no objection during the publicity period, it will be implemented
according to this case.
