Method of levying margin
From October 17, 2020, when importing polyphenylene sulfide originating in Japan, the United States, South Korea, and Malaysia, import operators shall apply to the Customs of the People’s Republic of China in accordance with the dumping margin of each company determined in this preliminary ruling.

The security deposit is calculated and levied based on the customs-approved customs value, and the calculation formula is: the amount of the security deposit = (customs-approved customs value × margin collection rate) × (1 import value-added tax rate)
