The patented technology of "a complete system and process for coal pyrolysis and quality improvement" is mainly used in the field of clean and fractional utilization of low-rank pulverized coal, which is suitable for high coal yield, especially in areas
where low-rank pulverized coal is enriched and water resources are relatively scarce.
Compared with the previous coal pyrolysis and quality improvement process, the patented technology has the characteristics of simple equipment structure, low investment, reliable process, high safety and high thermal energy utilization rate, and was successfully transformed and applied in the 600,000 tons/year pulverized coal pyrolysis demonstration plant of Tian Yuan Company in 2019, with good product quality and environmentally friendly process, and achieved significant economic, social and environmental benefits
.
