    The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) estimates that Albania's cost-effective solar and wind potential exceeds 7 gigawatts (GW), more than
    three times its total installed capacity.

    IRENA said in a report released earlier this week that about 616 megawatts of wind energy could be deployed
    by 2030.
