Air Products today announced that its Rotoflow business will open a new Solution Center in Shanghai, China, to better meet the needs
of Asian customers for turbomachinery.
According to reports, the center will adopt a local supply chain and serve
the Asian market.
Staffed by production technicians, mechanical and operational engineers, mechanical designers and customer service specialists, the center will also produce new equipment for the high-purity nitrogen plant and support
Air Products' hydrogen transportation equipment.
In addition, the Solution Center will service
turboexpanders, centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, cryogenic pumps, small steam and gas turbines, gearboxes, fans and blowers.
