Recently, Air Liquide announced that the first biomethane production plant invested in China will be put into operation by the end of 2022

According to reports, the new device will collect agricultural and livestock waste from local farms for the production of biogas and purify it into biomethane

At the same time, the biomethane plant will follow a circular economy model

According to Air Liquide, Air Liquide's technical expertise covers the entire biomethane value chain, from the production of biogas from waste, the purification of biogas into biomethane, to the liquefaction, storage, transportation and distribution of biomethane
