Sinochem News recently, South Korea’s Aekyung Group announced that its three chemical companies, Aekyung Petrochemical, Aekyung Fine Chemicals, and Aekyung Chemical, will soon be integrated into Aekyung Chemical (tentative name).

Aekyung Group stated that the new company will focus on the development of biotechnology, environmental protection and high value-added products

In addition, Aekyung Group stated that Aekyung Petrochemical will play an important role in the merger of subsidiaries
