Recently, Professor Shu Lili of the College of Horticulture of Shenyang Agricultural University published a research paper
entitled "Excessive Oxalic Acid Secreted by Sparassis latifolia Inhibits the Growth of Mycelia during Its Saprophytic Process" online in the biology journal Cells Magazine.

However, its hyphae eat slowly and the cultivation cycle is too long, which seriously restricts its further development and utilization

This study reported for the first time the inhibition effect of oxalic acid secreted by Hydrangea broadleaf in its saprophytic process, and determined the key obstacle factors of the saprophytic growth of Hydrangea broad-leaved hydrangea, which laid a solid theoretical foundation for the study of the nutritional physiology of Hydrangea fungi and provided new ideas
for shortening the cultivation cycle of Hydrangea broad-leaved Hydrangea species.
