Recently, ABB, a global leader in power and automation technology, said it supplied a 75 kWp solar photovoltaic installation to a high voltage and distribution solutions plant in BacNinh province, Vietnam, while also reducing environmental impact
.
The electricity generated will be used to power the wastewater treatment system, in addition to the canteen and factory
.
Earlier this year, ABB also deployed its own smart technology to commission the wastewater treatment plant within the plant
.
Now, by running clean energy, the plant has less
impact on the surrounding environment.
Key components of the system include ABB three-phase solar inverters, ABB weather stations and ABB Smart ACB Ekip, technologies that use ABB Ability digital capabilities to ensure optimal performance and high automation while ensuring cost and space
savings.
ABB solar inverters are used to convert direct current generated by solar panels into alternating current
that can be fed into the grid.
ABB's new TRIO-TM-50.
0 features a modular design with three independent wired and configurable modules, one DC-side, one AC-side module and inverter module for easy installation and maintenance
