The project is located in the Tuke Industrial Project Zone, Sulige Economic Development Zone, Wushen Banner, Inner Mongolia, with a total area of 594.

The project is constructed in two phases, the first phase is 2.
6 million tons / year, and the second phase is 1.
4 million tons / year.
Total investment: 6736545 million yuan.
