    Recently, due to the shortage of refined products in the southern region, the Vietnamese government has asked domestic refineries to start production at full capacity to increase production to the highest level
    .

    at full capacity.

    Statistics show that the equipment utilization rate of the Rongju refinery managed and operated by Vietnam Binh Son Oil Refinery Company, a subsidiary of Vietnam National Petroleum Group, has reached 109%.

    Located in Quang Ngai Province in south-central Vietnam, Rong Ju Refinery is the largest refining and chemical enterprise
    in Vietnam.
    Previously, the equipment utilization rate of the Rongju refinery has increased from 105% to 107%.

    Following government directives, the plant increased equipment utilization to 109 percent, 6 percent
    higher than the annual plan.
    Rongju refinery executives said in a statement that the refinery's equipment utilization rate will likely exceed 110 percent
    in the near future to meet demand.
    The Yishan oil refinery in Vietnam, mainly invested by Japan's Idemitsu Industrial Industries, is also operating
    at full capacity.
    The Yisan Refinery, located in Thanh Hoa Province in north-central Vietnam, is the second largest refining and chemical enterprise in
    Vietnam.

    The retail price of gasoline in Vietnam is set by the government, and gas stations must sell
    at controlled prices.
    However, a large number of petrol stations in southern Vietnam have closed since the beginning of this month due to a sharp decline in profitability for small and medium-sized transporters
    due to rising transportation costs, coupled with delivery delays caused by poor delivery.
    To this end, Vietnam has asked large refineries to increase their productivity
