Sinopec News Network reported on May 20 that the "Key Engineering Technology for High-Efficiency Fracturing of Deep Shale Gas" undertaken by Jianghan Petroleum Engineering Co.
With the gradual shift of shale gas exploration and development deployment to the middle and deep layers, the high pressure, high temperature, large two-way stress difference, high fracture extension gradient brought about by deep shale gas and other harsh reservoir conditions pose new challenges to fracturing engineering technology.
The project is guided by the deep-seated shale gas market demand, and solves the complex geological conditions, the "five high" engineering parameters, and the construction operations "high construction pressure, difficulty in adding sand, large scale, long continuous operation time, high risk, and low efficiency" There are technical difficulties in other areas, and the five main technological innovations studied by the project fill in the gaps at home and abroad, so that the Jianghan Project's shale gas special operation technology maintains the leading domestic level.
The project has applied for 26 national patents, including 16 invention patents, 4 have been authorized, and the remaining 10 utility model patents have been authorized.
As the domestic shale gas development enters a rapid development stage, Jianghan Project will continue to work hard, with innovative team building as the starting point, continue to strengthen scientific research, continue to expand the scope of research and development, strengthen research on industrialization promotion and application, and contribute to the development of national clean energy.
