At 14:20 on December 18, 2022, the polyolefin second polyethylene 22 line reactor of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company began to produce polyethylene metallocene rolling plastic products

By 12:40 on December 23, it took only 118 hours to produce qualified products, a total of 290 tons

Everyone hid their joy in their hearts, and immediately devoted themselves to the trial production of metallocene film products, from 16:30 on December 24, 2022 to 12:00 on December 29, 2022, it took 116 hours, and the product quality was qualified
after analysis.

Relying on self-based and innovative technology research, Dushanzi Petrochemical has successfully developed metallocene polymerization technology with independent intellectual property rights, and the mPE products developed include film materials, rolling plastics, etc

At present, new products are being put into the market for promotion, actively seizing the high-end market share
of polyolefins.

Following the production of HD3605UA metallocene qualified genuine products by the 22nd line of the polyethylene plant, on December 24, 2022, the polyethylene plant began to continuously convert mLL1018, and there was no additional wastewater, waste gas and waste residue in
this continuous conversion mode.

In this production, the employees of the granulation position closely cooperated with the polymerization production, actively optimized the production operation adjustment, successfully solved the problem of black dot pellets of the product, and helped the new product development to achieve complete success
