    According to WindEurope, the European wind power association, most wind turbine and component manufacturing plants in Europe are operating, and 96% of them are engaged in production activities

    Meanwhile, Italy's eTa Blades has closed its manufacturing facility in Fano, Italy, and Celme and its transformer plant in Montebello Vicentino have also closed

    WindEurope noted that the entire European supply chain is suffering from restrictions on the free movement of goods and workers caused by the spread of the coronavirus, adding that the situation creates uncertainty
