On September 26th, the press conference on the wage guidance price of the chemical industry in Yijingjing Metropolitan Area was held

It is reported that this is the first time that the government departments of Yichang, Jingzhou and Jingmen have carried out enterprise salary surveys for the chemical industry, and a total of 53 enterprises and 14,720 employees have been sampled from Yijingjing, involving the wages and prices of 152 employees in different positions

Judging from the survey results, from January to June, the salary of Yijingjing chemical industry mainly has the following characteristics:

First, the average salary of employees in the chemical industry reached 6171 yuan / month, which is only slightly lower than that of the financial industry in various industries

Second, the proportion of wages and remuneration in the composition of enterprise labor costs is large

Third, from the average wage price, in addition to management positions, R & D commissioners ranked first, with an average salary of 10340 yuan; Electrical design technicians ranked second, with an average monthly salary of 9842 yuan; Quality control technicians ranked third, with an average monthly salary of 9474 yuan

Fourth, the phenomenon of high education and high wages is obvious

Fifth, the proportion of education funds for staff and workers is not high
