Recently, Shengli Oilfield has accelerated the development of new energy business, and established project working groups in 36 units to coordinate and guide the optimization of resource allocation, operation quality investigation, production energy consumption analysis, oil-land relationship coordination and cooperation of new energy projects.
The establishment of the new energy work class has opened up business exchange channels to solve the problems of slow project progress caused by the lack of new energy expertise and poor communication and coordination among various units.
Since the establishment of the special class, as the "think tank" of new energy projects, team leaders at all levels have attached great importance and actively participated.
The New Energy Development Center has changed the previous coordination model.
