Experts believe that the "Opinions" propose to vigorously develop new chemical materials and fine chemicals, accelerate the digital transformation of the industry, and improve the level of intrinsic safety and clean production, which will accelerate the quality, efficiency, and power changes of the petrochemical and chemical industry.

Specifically, the subdivision goals are embodied in five aspects
