The project is mainly divided into three phases:

In the first stage, 3 sets of 450,000 t/a hydrogen peroxide plant and 1 set of 400,000 t/a propylene oxide plant will be constructed;

The second stage mainly builds 3 sets of 450,000 t/a hydrogen peroxide plant, 1 set of 400,000 t/a propylene oxide plant, and 1 set of 260,000 t/a acrylonitrile plant;

In the third stage, a set of 260,000 t/a acrylonitrile plant is mainly constructed

Process technology: The propylene oxide plant mainly adopts the hydrogen peroxide direct oxidation process of China Catalyst New Materials Co.

Source of raw materials: ethylene and propylene required for PO unit and acrylonitrile unit are purchased from outside
