At present, the production capacity of Dongcai Technology Group Corporation has reached saturation and cannot meet the current market requirements

In order to meet the needs of the 5G market, reduce and eliminate outdated insulating resin production capacity, and improve equipment utilization, the company plans to invest 33.
66 million yuan to transform and upgrade some products of the original insulating resin project, make full use of existing equipment, and appropriately increase some auxiliary equipment.
3 sets of production lines of 12,000 tons of insulating resin in the original project with an annual output of 30,000 tons of insulating resin have been upgraded

The production process technology of the project products comes from the parent company - Dongcai Technology Group.
Dongcai Technology has the legal qualification for synthetic resin production.
The three types of electronic-grade special epoxy resins involved in this project have been stabilized in Dongcai Technology.

The project reconstruction relies on the existing main workshop with an annual output of 30,000 tons of insulating resin, and through the upgrading of 12,000 tons of insulating resin equipment, a production capacity with an annual output of 10,000 tons of modified special epoxy resin is formed; 3 new raw material storage tanks were added in the reserved location, namely 60m³ acetone storage tank, 50m³ 127 epoxy resin and 128 epoxy resin storage tank; 1 additional Class A warehouse; 1 additional Class A hazardous waste warehouse

The consumption of the main raw material epoxy resin in the project is: 127 epoxy resin 478 tons/year, 128 epoxy resin 2200 tons/year, 170 epoxy resin 88 tons/year, 638S epoxy resin 3000 tons/year
