Content Introduction Chinese Abstract: Objective: To investigate the role of long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) with copy number variation (CNV) in bladder cancer
.
Innovation: Identify lncRNAs with CNV that are closely related to the survival and prognosis of bladder cancer, and construct a risk scoring model
.
Methods: Comprehensive bioinformatics analysis was performed on the mRNA, DNA methylation and DNA copy number data of 408 bladder cancer patients in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database, and different subtypes, differentially expressed lncRNAs and coding genes were screened.
The weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) method was used to identify co-expressed genes and lncRNA modules
.
The Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to evaluate the impact of CNV-related lncRNAs on the prognosis of bladder cancer, and the GSE31684 data set was used for verification
.
Conclusion: Multi-omics integrated analysis shows that NR2F1-AS1, LINC01138, THUMPD3-AS1, LOC101928489, and TMEM147-AS1 related to CNV are prognostic factors in bladder cancer, and these lncRNAs are used to construct risks related to the overall survival prognosis of bladder cancer The model is evaluated and verified in the GSE31684 data set
.
These lncRNAs can be used as prognostic biomarkers for bladder cancer
.
