Enrofloxacin belongs to the fluoroquinolone class, which is a class of synthetic broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs, which are used to treat skin infections and respiratory tract infections in animals, and are exclusive to
animals.
The National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limit for Veterinary Drugs in Food (GB 31650-2019) stipulates that the maximum residue limit in bullfrog and bream is 100μg/kg

In addition, furazolidone metabolites were detected in 2 batches of stone frogs that did not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards, namely: frogs sold by Laoling Aquatic Products Wholesale Department in Jindong District, Jinhua City, and stone frogs
